ok im 13 and im going thew puberty and my mom and doctor said that around this time for particularly my famly boys get thinker around the stomick so iv ben reily selfconcious about this like if im worieing its about that so i eat rrly healthy no junk food froots vejjeis ya and i do sports too but nothing is helping and i want to end this i was wanting to know if some one had say 3-4 things to elimanate from my diet like that might make a diffrence and i was thinking if i ran for 2 miles a day after school ensted of my sports wich 2 miles insted of sports would be like going to sports 4 times! and i like to run i do that in the summer go runing for a few miles evry other day and if i did that and lifted wates after that would it help??
