That sounds right. As long as you remember to do them slowly and you re lifting the appropriate weight. Adding th 30 minutes of walking is always good but you could also try increasing this and try jogging or switch it up and try dancing.
it would depend on what your going for and with how much weight your doing it. what you do seems fine if you just wana get a little more endurance but if you acctualy want to gain some serious muscle then this isnt what you should do. message me at [email protected] if you hav more questions on gaining muscle.
