I have been problems remembering my dreams, and I really dislike that. Whenever I'd wake up and fall back asleep, I'd have clearer ones, but for the past two days I cant remember any that well! Also, whenever I'd get at least 7 hours of sleep, I can usually remember, but nothing! Are there any remedies that can help?

I learned that drinking mug wort tea before sleep works? Also, does anyone know where I can obtain dried mug wort leaves? Thanks all in advance!
