Thread: dr oz on oprah says you should have sex 200 times a year... but i've heard too

much semen loss is bad? I saw on Oprah tv show (doctor oz segment) that doc oz was saying you should have sex about 200 times a year(if i rememba right). But i've also heard that semen has neuro-spinal fluid and that if you lose masturbate / ejaculate too much over the course of a long period it could have health risks. So i'm confused now!!!

Which is right??? What are the health risks if any?

not only its good but also it decreases the chance of having Prostate cancer....so do what Dr. Oz sez!
BTW I've watched that show on oprah too....
