Hello. I would like your advise. So about me I'm 5'5'' with a medium build and 197 pounds on me. Age 16. My highest was 237. I've been in track two years third years pre-season is just starting.. I have a new coach who wants me to fouse on running. I want to lose weight. Right now: I don't eat McDonalds, drink pop or energy drinks.. I have a gym class.. and I ran two days ago.. schools been cancelled due to cold whether but I plan on going everyday. I own 2 15 pound dumbells.. I love to bike... but any realistic meal plans or advise would be apprieted.. I cut down how much milk i drink gave up candy for the month of January.. I posted something yesturday about this.. feel free to read and and I would like advise.. Luch lunch options include PB&J turkey, tune, beef summer sausage, egg salad sandwhiches.
