In general there is always a certain smell but if it is a real foul odor it is usually a bacterial or other kind of infection. Good hygiene helps from any type of odor from developing and any infections. It is good to practice safe sex these days, so be careful

that's a myth and the only time i smell down there after sex is when my boyfriend's sweaty man parts rub on it.
