It can do a lot of fun stuff.
However, if you don't know much about it or how to take it...you'd be best not to take it

i dont know whether it would make you taller (probably not) all i know is that it allows your body to recover faster and drastically aids muscle growth with resistance training
wish i could find somewhere thats sells some tho lol
