I've decided to make small changes instead of going on a diet and I have decided to take my lunch to school all year next year[I'll be in 9th] and was wondering if this sounded like a good plan: Things like a sliced turkey or chicken and low-fat cheese sandwich with shredded lettuce on whole grain bread with something like sugar-free apples sauce and celery sticks or some other veggie and a fruit. And then bring water or buy milk from school. Any other suggesstions? *I hate tomatoes*
