I'm looking at this commercial right now, and I'm already convinced. It looks like it could work. But 90 days? Can u really get ripped in 90 days? I've been running every single day for a year or more and have not even seen a bit of a result. Has anyone done this? I really want to do this because I want to get ripped and stronger and get abs. For some reason I can't even do ONE pullup. Its embarrassing. My friend can do like 20 pullups...I can't do one...yet I'm stronger than him. I don't get it. I got a pullup bar, but since I didn't know how to do it, I put it way too low. How high are u supposed to put it? Which one are u supposed to get? I got the cheapest one in Sports Authority. I put it on a doorway and my head touches the bar when I stand next to it. Is that ok or no? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
