Does Noxzema deep cleansing cream get rid of pimples?

I have it and like but not love it. the smell is absolutely horrendous but i have seen a positive change in my comlexion. i Know it doesnt prevent pimples but i feel depressed when i get more and more pimples each week. overall, i give it about 4 stars out of 5
