Hi I'm 128lbs. 5"4 19 years old turning 20. I have a history of getting fat as we grow old on my mother's side and currently she still is. She looks like the anorexic nicole richie when she was still you and became 20x her weight when she got married.
Well, I've tried Bangkok Pills- I lost 8 lbs. in 2 days the 1st time I tried it but I gained weight after I stopped bec. I started eating again , the 2nd time I lost 2in. in my waistline and had a smaller frame in a week but now I gained again, the gym (which doesn't work for me: I'm soooo lazy for that), No rice diet which lasted for only 2 weeks well I ate again so I gained. Currently I do HIP HOP ABS once or twice a week depends on the mood. I eat thrice a day and eat snacks in between.
Now here's my plan:
Total Oatmeal Diet as in Oatmeal for breakfast, dinner and lunch.
Then, Hip Hop Abs everyday.
*I really don't like the taste of oatmeal so I'll go for the QUACKER INSTANT OATMEAL (CHOCO FLAVORED)
