I am 5' 10" and weight 193 lbs (and I'm a guy by the way). This is heavier than the allowed Army weight standard, but...

-I just maxed out on bench press today at 290 lbs
-I regularly work out for 2 hours a day, or go running.
-I run a mile in about 6:30
-I dont eat sh*t or drink sugary drinks

- I do not however, always eat at regualr times or in correct proportions.

I mean, I sound like I should be in shape right? I have a good amount of muscle mass, but my damn stubborn abs hide behind a thin fold of fatty tissue. Any thoughts about how to safely lose that few lbs (no "magic" pills please.)
