Does this meal plan sound healthy to you?

Okay rate it from 1-10 one being best and 10 being worst. If it sounds bad could you give me some pointers too please. Im trying to lose weight by the way.

    Breakfast:
A serving/cup of Special K Red Berries or just plain Special K

    Lunch:
Tuna and crackers(no mayo tuna staight out of the can)
    or
a turkey or bologna sandwhich on wheat bread with mustard.

    Snack:
Some sort of fruit probablly oranges or strawberries

    Dinner:
    either
    Beans and Cornbread.(small portions)

    or
A bigger bowl of healthy cereal
or a turkey sandwhich just like at lunch with maybe some carrots or fruit.

    Sound good?
Ritz crackers. Only enough to eat the whole can of tuna though.
And 1% milk with the cereal.
