    Does lifting weights really affect your potential height/growth?

    I am 14.
    Been lifting for about a year.
    I weight 115.
    I am 5'5"
    Asian.


    I also heard that it HELPS you grow faster due to being physically active. is that true too?

    if you start young, yes it can have some impact on your growth
