it sounds like you are just starting to enter puberty. i want you to know that nothing can change or alter how big you will be, either in height or length. it's genetics. just make sure you get plenty of sleep and eat good and healthy food and you will reach the goals your body is designed for. the year of your circumcision has nothing to do with anything. relax and wait till your grown and matured.
