kind of.. actually, what it does is cleanse our body from toxins. so probably, it takes out fatty toxins too

The key componant in green tea that makes you pee lots is DiHydrogen MonOxide. It makes up the bulk of the brewed tea and it's a natural diuretic. I wouldn't worry, though, just don't over do it or you could lose key nutrients in excessive wastewater. Otherwise, it's entirely benign.

Tea is a natural diuretic, so, yes, you will have to use the bathroom frequently, depending on how much you drink. You will not burn fat by drinking tea (although some teas have caffeine which is a stimulant). You will most likely be losing water weight.
