In the past, I stopped eating fast food and started running a little bit every day. Once I started doing that, I was a little hyper at night and slept 12+ hours. As soon as I gave up on my diet, I was able to sleep much better.
This time around, I've cut calories and eat better and I've also started working out a little each night and once again, I'm sleeping 12+ hours and all it has done is stress me out more because my whole day is gone.
