Yeah if you eat shed loads, just like most other foods though. I
ummm..what i know is that cheese is one of the good sources of calcium. It can be a good alternative for people who are lactose intolerant. But what i'm not sure is if it can cause your butt to grow. It can help your body grow healthier, with the proper intake of cheese.
