ok so my softball season is starting soon adn i wanna just get alittl bit more into shape and shape up my abs a bit so im gunna do:
10 pushups
15 situps
15 jackknife situps
15 punching situps
20 crunches

10 pushups

does n e 1 think that will help and if you dont then can you give me tips or somethin that will help bc i cant go to a gym im only 15 n cant drive yet and i dont have equipment at home ok thanks
