I am a type 2 diabetic and my meds aren't really working for me I tested myself a few mins ago and it was close to 500, higher then ever before. I have been told before how to lower it quickly but cannot remember now that I need it. I am looking for something to bring it down immediatly. Thank you

WATER. Drink more water. It won't bring your levels down immediately, but it will bring them down. You don't want to do it too quickly or you will crash.
