I just started Weight Watchers. The problem is that even though I can eat and I am eating fibrous foods, such as fruit and veges. I'm still hungry and I'm not satisfied. It's really difficult as I'm starting to eat less junk food. It's an addiction and I am actually feeling depressed because the foods that I'm eating that are good for me aren't satisfying because I craving chocolate and junk food and one chocolate cake or an orange just isn't satisfying me. I feel as if I'm going crazy. Does anyone know of any good appetite suppressants that will at least get me through one or two weeks of not feeling constantly hungry all day. I know there are lots of things out there. But, what in your experience really works that doesnt' cost a fortune? Thank you.
