way? So I used to be a size 4-6 depending on the clothing brand. Now I'm an 8-10 and I am NOT happy about it.

I have been working out twice a day 6 days a week (rest on Sundays) on my urban re-bounder (trampoline) and I have started drinking only water and tea and cut out all fast foods. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help me get back to my size 4?

Please remember.....
-I am a poor college student, and I cannot afford an expensive gym membership or personal trainer I am trying to do this at home.
-I have flat feet and running is extremely painful for me and my insurance will not cover foot orthotics.
-I am trying to do this the healthy way so no crazy extreme diets or fads.

-I am looking for legitimate help here, so if you are just going to make rude comments or say something stupid, keep it to yourself.
