And do 30 min. of cardio every day for a week. I wanna get a flatter tummy....and get rid of the fat at my sides. It's not too much, but it's noticable. How longer should I do it? I have 2 months....I also wanna get thinner legs, thighs, and a tighter butt so I dont wanna spend too much time on my stomach..
