I think you need to do a little more cardio. I would go for about 45 mins to 1 hour, although if you have not exercised for a while then you need to build up to this gradually. I would also cut sugary, faty foods out of your diet. This is what I do when I want to lose body fat. Good luck. You should see some results but remember that these things take time.
this is a great start, but to really lose body fat, decrease your caloric intake my at least 4oo cals.<3
