    do you think im going to lose body fat in 6 weeks if i did these?

    exercise everyday for atleast 15 minutes.
    eat healthily.
    drink lots of water [8-10 cups]
    strength train 3x a week.


    also should i lower my calorie intake or just eat healthily?

    I think you need to do a little more cardio. I would go for about 45 mins to 1 hour, although if you have not exercised for a while then you need to build up to this gradually. I would also cut sugary, faty foods out of your diet. This is what I do when I want to lose body fat. Good luck. You should see some results but remember that these things take time.

    this is a great start, but to really lose body fat, decrease your caloric intake my at least 4oo cals.<3
