Well I used to be a junk food addict. I would always be sneaking food when noone was looking and ate a whole lot of food more than I should have. Well now I am in Dance class and I drink lots of water and I cut down on junk food where I don't have hardly any anymore and I don't go for 2nd helpings on my plate anymore. Do you think I could lose weight and how much do you think I could lose?
