Thread: do you stop eating when your upset?

does anyone else stop eating when their upset, just lose their appetite completely? I can go the whole day and just eat maybe an apple or chewy bar but not even feel hungry? thing is im not as upset now but its almost two weeks later and im still only eating one meal a day.

I'm the opposite b/c I turn to food for comfort. I tend to gain weight when I'm upset.

some people are stress eaters, others are non eaters. i am with you. if i am upset i have no apetite. i once lost 15 pounds in a few months working at a terrible job... after i quit i gained that all back in another few months.

its very unhealthy and get u dizzy and sick.
