I have been trying, forever, to get myself motivated to go to the gym and whatnot. I'm currently a student at college in the Vet Tech program which eats up the majority of hours that I have in the day to do anything healthy. I'm living in res and stuck on a meal plan that has only junk available to me. As you can see... the odds are a bit stacked against me. But I don't want that to bring me down.

What tips can you share to help me get motivated to work out? Nothing too negative lol. And trust me I'm not a 105lbs woman who is trying to lose 5lbs. I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm tired of being big. If you can share a little bit of motivation with me I'd be very grateful .
