for me ? I lost 10 lbs last year and I have sort of hit a plateau and not done much to lose anymore weight. Right now I have managed to keep the 10 lbs off by walking around a shopping mall next to my school on my breaks. I have 4-5 weeks off from school during the holidays and set a goal for myself to lose 10 lbs! I need some REALISTIC tips to reach this goal... so i need YOU help on stuff that I can do at the gym and for those days where I can't go to the gym and I have to stay at home and a few simple realistic eating plans.
