Thread: Do i really have an eye disease?

I have had these episodes for about 5 years now, and I want to know what's going on:

splotches in eyesight (for about 30 min.)
severe migraine on eyebrows/upper eye/lower forehead (for about 3 hours)
Nausea (throw up twice)

When I was in Poland, I had to go to the eye doctor with my grandpa (he couldn't go alone, so I went with him) and I saw a chart on the wall which said "eye diseases" and i found the exact same thing on the chart as of my episodes, and it said it was an "oczna migrena" which means eye migraine. No one believes me that I have it.

What is it?
How did I get it?
How do I get rid of it?
