Well Guys, I woke up at a 11 PM Yesterday Night, after going to sleep at 2 PM that day, and I have been awake since, and it's 8 PM now, I've been trying to go to sleep repeating, but I keep waking up even though nothing's annoying me, and now I keep yawning and yawning and feel weak.

The only Symptom or anything wrong with me is that I have very bad Anxiety since last year, and I can't really breathe well since I gotten that bad anxiety. Am I hurting myself, What do I do?! I'm scared!
Side Note: My body shakes around when I lay down for a while

Also, Just a side-note again, this all started AFTER School ended 2 weeks ago. Now I do nothing everyday but use the computer.


Another Side Note: Last year when I found out I had Bad Anxiety, I could never sleep in school after testing durning test days, I would sleep, but 10 mins after, my heart starts beating fast and I automanically wake up and my body shakes around. All the kids laugh at me for that
