I am 18 and a guy. I don't know if I have an eating disorder. I eat a lot of heathy foods and i hardly ever eat junk food like chips or chocolate and when I want a snack I have something healthy like an apple. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner everyday. I also go to the gym almost everyday. I try to eat healthy so I dont get fat and stay fit so i dont eat bad foods. Do i have an eating disorder if i hardly ever eat junk food and work out a lot?

also eat cerial for dinner from time to time cause i dont want to make anything and its also healthy.
