Every now and then I seem to get lightheaded and start falling asleep during masturbation or sex. During sex is alright since I get waken up on each slam, but during masturbation I doze off, even though I never lose my erection or arousal.
Is there any specific reasong why this happens?

Might be dehidrated so blod flow cant well prperly flow
