This has been happening for the last year or so. Like when I'm walking through a school corridor and other people are coming in the opposite direction. I usually get nervous and then begin having difficulty breathing, feeling like i have a lack of oxygen. To put it in direct term, it feels live i've just ran 5km. I do try and control my breathing but it doesn't usually help. I just have to wait untill i can get into more open ground/where there are less people about.
I don't know if this is something serious or not, but its always happened when walking by myself in a populated area where people can look at me.
