I want some tips. and don't send me links though
okay this is from experience. my mom went on a diet also. she just ate healithier. when she got a craving for a snack she would eat yogurt instead of oreos. she had salads for lunch. she didnt eat any more nachos (her favorite) unless she was 'treating her self to something speacial' (like once a week)
but other then that she went on like a 40 minute walk EVERY day. just 40 mins out of your day.. and lost 27 pounds !
no special diet.. just eat in moderation
