Right, I want to be slimmer, more toned all over legs and tummy... maybe arms.
I eat healthily except everyday I eat tos of digestives in he afternoon... about 10 stacked on a plate and lots of chocolate in the evening... I snack loads of sweet stuff A LOT!
I've been doing this for ages, but don't put on weight... does this mean if I suddenly stop eating sweet stuff (except fruit) I willl lose any weight...?
Also, I do clubs throughout the week such as 1 hour of swimming (wednesday), hockey (fridays)...
I cycle 2 miles 5 days a week...Can I do anything else... I do not want to have no free time.. Preferably something I can for an hour in the morning on Saturday and Sunday?

Not too hard... please :P.
But, I want to be slimmer fast ish? (I do have patience).. x
