Ok, im going start to go on a diet soon and will be joging daily for aboutt 30minutes to 1 hour. Ok say i do that for 6 days, my question is, is it ok to have a break day once a week to just eat what i want. I dont plan on like overdoing it, just eat what i want but not to much of it. Just for 1 day out of the week. Is it ok to do that. Dont want to gain weight but lets just say i did eat what i wanted. Would i realy gain much weight at all in just 1 day doing it?

The thing is, once im on a diet its easyer for me knowing i will get a free day once a week. WHat should i do?
