I have asked on here before and had some good tips.
I have started using which some ideas that suits my taste and lifestyle.
With so much about calories and proteins,starch, carbohydrate's ETC,is this ok for me?
Oh i have a physical job.
breakfast,2 Pisces of toast/marmalade,
lunch, 1 sandwich with corned beef +salad in it

Tea/supper, vegetable casserole with fat free meat in it
i have stopped , chocs, chips,sugar free coffee ETC, will i live???
