I weight about 180lbs 6'0 tall and i workout at least 3-4x a week id like to get rid of my belly fat so i can see a abs so i been doing alot of ab workouts and cardio but i need help on my diet as far as foods i should eat and what i should stay away from. i dont drink pop or fast food practically at all and i take protein on my workout days ne advise? oh and i would also like to try and not lose any muscle mass that i already have.
