ok hi. i am 13, a girl, and i weigh 113 pounds and i am 5'5". i know i am not fat, but i am chubby even if it says i am normal weight. soo i want to lose a few pounds as in like 5 or 10. i exercise everyday. i ride my bike about 6 miles a day, and play tennis for an hour. i also usually walk for about half hour. i want to lose weight, by exercising like i do now, but cutting out ALL sugars. like no dessert. or any other sugarly thing. my main Q is that everytime i decide to finally lose the weight, i think about all the fatty things i have had the day before, and i feel guilty, and like i have no chance. how can i stop this feeling? thx a million!
