It looks good but my one concern, is the high amount of egg consumption. Isn't that dangerous for cholesteral? Also he recommends a lot of protien, 500 grams!!! Is this diet healthy or what? I am really desperate to gain at least 20 pounds in as short amount of time as possible. Thanks
