    Diet- Foods to be avoided?

I'm not dieting to lose weight, just eating more healthy now that i've started going to the gym...

What foods should be avoided at certain times of the day?

Also, what time should main meals be eaten? (I've heard that eating too late keeps u awake, and eating to early leads to snacking)

    Any advice? Thanks

white carbs should be avoided at all times of the day. you can snack at night but try to make it healthy like fruit or veggies and only eat one serving. try eating 5 smaller healthy meals instead of 3 larger ones...this will keep your metabolism humming through the day. Anytime you get the urge to snack try drinking water first. Good luck. oh and fake sugar like splenda can screw up your metabolism just to let you know
