Proteins are measured and eaten (1.5grx bodyweight in lbs)
Fruit and steamed veg are eaten 4x per day.
No add. salt is eaten (including salt in condiments, chilli, mustard, ketchup, etc all 0%)
No add. sugar is eaten (including in coffee, soda's, sauces, etc)
No add.fat is eaten (including in meal preparation, or as trace elements)
Alcohol consumption is also eliminated to 0%.
Preservaties, additives and other chemicals eliminated to 0%.
Daily intake of extra strength multi-vitamins.
