i'm trying to cut down on the binge eating and i dont know if i ate a lot today i had:
peach greek yogurt
cheetos (about a bowl full)
a small handful of rice chips with seasalt
a TON of carrots
turkey burger with 2 slices of whole wheat bread
small handfull of garden cheddar/pizza goldfish

along with 4-5 bottles of water

is this a lot?
