I am 5 ft 5 in and a female
I am on a diet. Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast- Kashi whole grain cereal w/ milk and blueberries
Lunch- a salad w/ mixed greens, cucumber, onion, lot's of tomato, and a little Italian dressing and a 100% juice drink
Snack- yogurt

Dinner- salmon with mixed veggies and a small sprouted grain bun with water
Did I eat too much/ many calories? Did I eat healthy? What should I change about my diet? Thanks
