B=Breakfast
S=Snack
L=lunch
D=dinner

B= Raspberry jam and toast with 3 slices of cheese

L= 2 Slices of pizza(i only eat pizza once a week)

S=Juice,cheese string

2nd S= cheese string

D= Broccoli soup and crackers, orange juice

S=Grapefruit and apple
