yeah...
breakfast(pre workout)- bannana, 3 go lean waffles(whole grain or whatever)
post workout-3 scoops of whey
about an hour later-oven roasted chicken breast footlong on wheat bread...double chicken double cheese(provolone) from subway
about 2 hours later went to a buffet...-steak, baked fish(i think there was butter in it im not sure) zuchinni, milk
i wasnt that hungry i was feeling kinda sick yesterday i ate like 20-30k calories haha

about 2 hours later a kefir yogurt protein shake thing...good as hell...56 g of protein and 696 cals mmm

about 2 hours later beef jerky(im eating this right now) i might eat a sandwich to, so i can up my calories cuz im at 3791 right now

so how did today go...i kinda slacked off i got up at 10 or 11 and worked out for 1.5 hours doing biceps and forearms...so...took some hours out of my day
