Thread: Detox that works fast and effectively?

Im really wanting to go on a detox and was wondering whether there were any that you could suggest for me (apart from the lemon detox as its sold out in my area) where i can get the allowed food/drink in local supermarkets etc. and that show really good results, really fast.

there are some herbal drink that really works (say the tetimonials0 and some of this detox come from the far east. just see the label to be sure.

there is an oral one that burns when it comes out.
don't know what it's called though.

Drink loads of water for like 3 days.
Dont eat..
Just take vitamins.
