i was interested in doing some sort of detox diet. After looking at the master cleanse i just got a little intimidated and turned off. i don't think i need such an intense cleansing and don't want to starve myself for that long. I was thinking of possibly taking a few days during which i only ate fruits (mostly apples and oranges), and veggies. And drank water all day. anyone have any ideas? would that be cleasing enough? and could i add a handful of nuts here and there, i love them.
