Hiya

I am very overweight and seem to think about losing weight all the time! I am 20, 5ft5 and weight 13st.

I know I need to be 10-11 stone and this is my target weight.

Thing is I still pig out on unhealthy food, and dont do any exercise even though I am desperate to lose weight!!

Any ideas why this is??


Please no lazy fatty comments, help only.
