i find myself to be motivated the most to excersise while i am at work, but it wouldnt exactly be appropriate for me to start doing a full blown routine in the office. and i do not get a long enough lunchbreak to go for long walks.
are there any excersises i can do at my desk, or while watching tv? (as it is too dark when i get home to go out an excersise)
I am saving up for a gym membership and i walk for 10mins a day 2 and from the train station, but i need some other simple excersise to do when i feel like im wasting time just at my desk..
any tips are appreciated!!
